While constantly improving our quality and striving to maintain the satisfaction of our guests at the highest level, we aim to ensure sustainability and avoid harming our environment by efficiently using limited natural resources during the purchasing process.

We work with local suppliers and prefer certified suppliers in terms of environmental and sustainability concerns, ensuring the compliance of food and beverage items purchased for our hotel with legal regulations.

We calculate and strive to minimize the environmental impacts of all products purchased for our business. We prefer products that consume less energy, water, and generate less waste.

We work to minimize food waste and waste by avoiding disposable packaged product groups.

We do not purchase from endangered or protected species.

We inform the suppliers we work with about the commitments we have made. We encourage them to follow and comply with these commitments.
